EB-5 DIRECT INVESTMENT REPRESENTATION
Miller Mayer has experience representing individual investor filings for Direct EB-5 Investment projects. Direct investments are an attractive alternative to Regional Center sponsored investment projects, particularly during the current lapse in the Regional Center program. With the minimum investment amounts currently returned to their previous amounts of $1,000,000, or $500,000 if the project is located in a rural or targeted employment area (TEA), filing now via a direct investment may be the right time for you and your family to begin your EB-5 journey. If you are an investor interested in EB-5 immigration opportunities, Miller Mayer attorneys are ready to assist you.
As a leader in the industry, Miller Mayer provides comprehensive immigration advice and strategic solutions tailored to the individual needs of EB-5 investors. We provide customized immigration strategies on EB-5 specific immigration issues, including evaluation of direct projects for compliance with relevant immigration law and regulations, lawful source and path of funds documentation, prior immigration history and inadmissibility issues. We guide our clients through all stages of the EB-5 process, commencing with preparation and filing of the I-526 Petition, consular processing and/or adjustment of status and submission of the I-829 Petition for removal of condition on the green card. We can further assist clients who eventually wish to obtain U.S. citizenship. Miller Mayer truly values the long-term relationships we develop with our EB-5 investor clients and families.
