Miller Mayer immigration attorney Steve Yale-Loehr was quoted by Bloomberg Law in GOP States Sue to Overturn Biden Immigrant Parole Program. Steve noted that parolees admitted under the program would be eligible for benefits, including Medicaid and Food Stamps. Steve said that claims that the new program exceeds agency authority echo legal challenges to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
