Miller Mayer immigration attorney Steve Yale-Loehr and others have started a new Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) project at Cornell Law School. The nonprofit Path2Papers project, supported by a $1.5 million gift, helps DACA recipients in the San Francisco Bay area pursue work visas and other pathways to legal permanent residence. According to a press release, Path2Papers is one of the only programs in the United States “that combines experience in employer representation with expertise in evaluating employment-based immigration options for DACA recipients.”
