Miller Mayer attorneys Kristal Ozmun and David Wilks successfully obtained L-1 status for the manager and owner of a new North Carolina-based construction and development company. Having successfully managed a similar enterprise in India, our client looked to expand his operations in the United States. Kristal and Dave successfully guided this individual through the new office L-1A program, which allows foreign entities to transfer their managers and executives to new U.S. affiliates.
