INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW

Our IP Practice Group provides legal services for a wide variety of intellectual property issues relating to protecting and registering trademarks and copyrights, and obtaining and enforcing patents.

We counsel clients in the creation, development, protection, and commercialization of intellectual property, and in the defense and resolution of disputes over intellectual property by negotiation or litigation as appropriate. Our practice also assists clients in developing and implementing intellectual property policies and employment agreements designed to protect a company’s intellectual property assets. Our experience in technology and intellectual property commercialization includes the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of product development, joint venture, and license agreements in a variety of areas.
