U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) launched a new portal that includes a dropdown menu allowing I-94 Arrival/Departure Record correction requests. According to reports, many ports of entry (POEs) also allow I-94 corrections via email, which must be requested from the POE that issued the erroneous I-94. After emailing the designated address, the emailer will receive an automated response with the details of documents CBP needs.
