U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will hold a webinar on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, from 2 to 3 pm ET. The agency will provide a general overview of TPS, including an explanation of eligibility requirements; online filing for initial applicants from Burma (Myanmar), Haiti, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen; filing tips; and a review of which countries are currently designated for TPS. USCIS will hold a webinar specifically on TPS for Haiti on Friday, August 20, 2021, from 11 am to 12:30 pm ET.
