Until recently, there were no visa options for international entrepreneurs who wished to start a business in the U.S. On December 14, 2017, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) announced that it will accept applications for the new Entrepreneur Parole program.  Through this program, entrepreneurs and their families can come to the U.S. for up to five years, in two thirty-month increments.

Learn more about the entrepreneurial parole rule from Miller Mayer immigration attorneys Steve Yale-Loehr and David Wilks, as well as the corporate side of things from Miller Mayer corporate attorney Nate Cook.
