Miller Mayer is pleased to showcase one of our recent immigration story successes. A Turkish client is one of just a handful of individuals in the world certified by GE Aviation, a subsidiary of General Electric, as a Level III Certified Supplier Trainer (GE CST) for Coating Evaluation. His work has been critical to the aerospace and automobile industries since 2001. Given his extraordinary skill in Materials Engineering, our office filed and obtained green card approval for our client as a person of extraordinary ability.

To demonstrate that our client had extraordinary ability, Miller Mayer immigration attorney Sandra Bruno submitted evidence of our client’s membership in associations that require outstanding achievements of its members; original scientific, scholarly, or business-related contributions of major significance in the engineering field; authorship of scholarly articles in professional or major trade publications or other major media; and evidence of performance of a leading or critical role in distinguished organizations. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved the petition within one week without a request for additional evidence.

Our client described his experience working with Miller Mayer as follows:

“At first, I was very anxious. But Sandra made us, not just me but also my family, really comfortable. I would ask Sandra each week whether she got feedback or a response from USCIS or not. There was no answer I couldn’t get from Sandra to any of my questions. She answered clearly. For some people, for example, I get an answer from them and then I google it on the Internet to check if it is correct or not. In the case of Sandra, once she said something, it was 100 percent clear to me, crystal clear. So I wouldn’t do any research. Once she told me something, I was extremely satisfied with her answers. I found her very professional. The whole case was handled and managed very professionally.”

Miller Mayer congratulates our client on his professional success and extraordinary abilities, which made his case an easy win for our firm!
