As reported widely and confirmed by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, on February 4, 2017 the Department of Homeland Security suspended all actions to implement the immigration travel ban order and will resume standard inspections of travelers as it did prior to the signing of the order. The Trump administration declared its intention to file an emergency stay of the judge’s decision “at the earliest possible time.” Learn more here: http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/03/politics/federal-judgetemporarily-halts-trump-travel-ban-nationwide-ag-says/index.html
