The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for new EB-5 regulations today. In this notice, USCIS solicits feedback on key issues including:
- The process for designating regional centers;
- A potential requirement for exemplar filings;
- Requirements for maintaining regional center designation, and
- The process for regional center termination.
The full Advance Notice is available here. Once the actual Notice of Proposed Rulemaking is published, there will be a 90 day comment period.
