The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for new EB-5 regulations today. In this notice, USCIS solicits feedback on key issues including:

  1. The process for designating regional centers;
  2. A potential requirement for exemplar filings;
  3. Requirements for maintaining regional center designation, and
  4. The process for regional center termination.
