With all the activity in Congress about EB-5, as well as EB-5 regulations proposed by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, we have decided to hold two webinars on Monday May 1 to keep our clients and friends up to date on the latest EB-5 developments. The first, from 1-2 pm Eastern time, will focus on potential changes for EB-5 regional centers, project developers, and investors in the United States. The second, from 9:30-10:30 pm Eastern time (Tuesday May 2 9:30-10:30 am China time), will focus on potential EB-5 changes for migration agents and investors in China. That webinar will be translated into Chinese.
Both webinars will feature Steve Yale-Loehr, Carolyn Lee, and Kristal Ozmun, all experienced EB-5 attorneys in the Miller Mayer immigration practice group. The evening webinar will also include Xiayue Yin, a native Chinese speaker and another attorney member of the EB-5 team at Miller Mayer.
