Miller Mayer invites you to a Spanish-language webinar where we will discuss recent developments in immigration law as well as go over common immigration applications and eligibility requirements. For example, we will discuss the different family- and employment-based categories by which individuals may apply for a green card. We will also discuss humanitarian options such as the U visa and asylum. In addition, we will discuss the I-601A provisional waiver of inadmissibility for unlawful presence. Finally, we will go over the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“DACA”) program, its termination, and what it means for current DACA recipients. At the end of the session we will answer the most common questions posed by registrants during the registration process.
