Miller Mayer, LLP immigration attorney Stephen Yale-Loehr has coauthored an article analyzing the impact of the Immigration Act of 1990. The article finds that an immigration policy that remains static for a quarter-century in an economy as large and dynamic as the United States represents serious neglect of the potential that immigration holds for economic vitality and competitiveness.
The article was published by the Migration Policy Institute (MPI). MPI recently named Stephen Yale-Loehr a Nonresident Fellow.
