Miller Mayer congratulates our long-standing client, the New York City Regional Center (NYCRC), on reaching 1,000 Form I-829 approvals for investors participating in their projects.
The Form I-829 petition is the final stage of the EB-5 immigrant visa process. Once approved, the EB-5 investor and family members become U.S. lawful permanent residents without conditions. Approval signifies that all requirements of the EB-5 program have been met, including sustaining the investment and creating the required number of U.S. jobs.
