DUTIES: Under supervision of lawyers, prepare documents needed for immigration filings with government agencies including legal briefs, forms, and correspondence; manage high volume of cases including monitoring and meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, agents, coworkers, and government agencies, and coordinating preparation and receipt of evidence with multiple parties, and; conduct research.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two or more years of experience as an immigration paralegal in a professional office.
  • Experience preparing employment-based nonimmigrant petitions, such as H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, as well as immigrant petitions, including PERM labor certifications, EB-1, NIW and Adjustment of Status applications.
  • Associate’s Degree or higher – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
  • Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team
