U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said it has returned all fiscal year (FY) 2020 H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected in its computer-generated random selection process. On May 17, 2019, USCIS announced that it had completed data entry of all selected H-1B cap-subject petitions for FY 2020.
