James Neary
James Neary is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law’s Centennial Class of 2025, and of Northeastern University’s undergraduate class of 2019. He has many years’ experience working in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Financial Compliance, Corporate law, Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant law, Personal Injury law, and Criminal Prosecution. He has prosecuted cybercriminals and arms dealers alongside distinguished AUSAs, worked in-house for one of the largest local 501(c)(6) trade associations in the United States, and navigated many corporate clients through the rapidly evolving complex field of cryptocurrency regulation.
Today, James focuses on providing his clients with exceptional professional representation and zealous advocacy. He is responsive to his clients’ needs, and always willing to go above and beyond to provide the highest quality legal service. He began working for Miller Mayer LLP in August of 2025, and was admitted to the New York Bar Association June 2026.
