Miller Mayer immigration attorneys Carolyn Lee and Kristal Ozmun will speak at the 2017 AILA EB-5 Investors Summit, to be held at the Aria Resort and Casino, Las Vegas, on December 8-9.
Ms. Lee will speak on the panel entitled “Hot Topics: Legislative and Agency Updates,” covering the current issues impacting the EB-5 program, and the panel entitled “Latest RFE Trends in EB-5 Cases,” providing updates about recent issues raised by USCIS through I-526 and I-924 requests for evidence, and proposing helpful suggestions to respond effectively to USCIS’s assertions.
Ms. Ozmun will speak on the panel entitled “Regional Center Investments: Understanding the Deal and the Capital Stack,” illuminating the interplay between complex business, financial, securities and EB-5 requirements.
