Form I-751 petitions, which are requests to waive residence specifications for the petitioner, must now be filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). As of September 10, 2018, Form I-751 should be sent to a USCIS Lockbox Facility. The new adjudicating centers for Form I-751 petitions will be in Texas, Vermont, Nebraska, and California under this new regulation. USCIS Lockbox centers will accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, and credit cards as forms of payment for filing fees. The previous Service Centers for these forms were in Vermont and California.
