EB-5 Program Extension Finalized

On September 8, the House approved the bill to extend the EB-5 regional center program, provide funding for hurricane relief and raise the debt ceiling until December 8, 2017. The bill, which passed 316-90 and was approved by the Senate yesterday, will now go to the White House for the president’s signature.
