The House and the Senate passed a stopgap spending bill yesterday to fund the U.S. government through January 19, 2018, pending signature by President Trump. An extension to the existing EB-5 Regional Center program is included in the bill. As always, Miller Mayer will continue to track the EB-5 program and alert you to any changes.
