EB-5 reauthorization is included in the Continuing Resolution filed today by Majority Leader in the U.S. Senate. This is progress toward the Continuing Resolution (“CR”) ultimately being passed in the Senate, and then go on to the House of Representatives.
The CR would extend the EB-5 regional center program and other included federal programs until December 9, 2016.
