Miller Mayer immigration attorneys Nicolai Hinrichsen and Kristal Ozmun spoke at the EB-5 & Global Immigration Expo in Miami, Florida April 7 – 8, 2022. Nicolai moderated a panel regarding source of funds for EB-5 petitions and Kristal addressed EB-5 capital redeployment.
Nicolai also moderated a panel at the IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum in Orlando, Florida, which took place from April 11-13, 2022. The panel focused on the advantages of the EB-5 program compared to other immigration by investment programs.
