Despite the relatively recent establishment of the company, and the foreign national’s minority ownership of the company, the H-1B was approved without a request for evidence.
Dave also obtained an approved cap H-1B petition for a Software Developer for an oil and gas company. Despite the national scrutiny placed on computer-based occupations, this H-1B was also approved without a request for evidence.
These approvals came through despite high national H-1B RFE rates (60% of all H-1B petitions during the first quarter of fiscal year 2019 received RFEs).
