Miller Mayer seeks an experienced corporate attorney (7+ years) to advise clients in connection with structuring and formation of business entities and not-for-profit corporations, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and commercial real estate transactions.
Our Corporate Practice includes advising entrepreneurs and small and medium size businesses in business formation, governance, employment matters, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, succession planning, and financing.
We also advise our corporate clients as to intellectual property issues including protecting and registering trademarks and copyrights, obtaining and enforcing patents, protection and commercialization of intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
Our Corporate Practice is supported by our Litigation, Trusts & Estates and Immigration Practices when the need arises.
