Adam R. Schaye is a Partner in Miller Mayer’s Immigration and Civil Litigation practice groups.

Mr. Schaye’s practice exclusively focuses on EB-5 regional center, developer and investor representation. He has successfully represented numerous U.S. companies in developing EB-5 projects across the United States, as well as EB-5 investors from Asia, South Asia, Europe, and South and Central America.

Mr. Schaye has also represented companies and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including extensive trial and appellate issues, and mandamus proceedings to compel governmental adjudications.

Mr. Schaye is a member of the New York State bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1999 and his undergraduate degree from Trinity College.
